The objective of this course is to explain how to set up and manage the inventory items in QuickBooks Online Plus version. This book will demonstrate the most common posting activities involving inventory type transactions.
This course is not intended to teach bookkeeping procedures. However, as with any accounting software application, it is easier to set up and manage accounting software if the user has a basic knowledge of bookkeeping. The assistance of the user’s CPA will greatly benefit non-accountants with the inventory related activities.
It is assumed that the viewer has reviewed his or her accounting software requirements before subscribing to one of the versions. If it is discovered that a version if not adequate, then the User should have no problem in upgrading with Intuit.
You need the Plus version of QBO to track inventory quantities, etc.
It is recommended that the reader have his or her QuickBooks Online software open on the browser and follow along thus making it easy to set up their own QuickBooks Online data file.
